At Spotsylvania Foot & Ankle Surgical Associates, we accept most local and national insurance plans. However, it is the patient’s responsibility to understand if your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see or the services you can receive. Once the complete and accurate insurance information is submitted, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance or other deductible amounts. If you have specific questions regarding your coverage, please contact the office or your insurance carrier for more information.
We do accept Self Pay patients and a list of prices for office visits and our most common services is available upon request.
